David Goldman Sean

David Goldman has won the custody of his 9 years old son “Sean” after a long battle with the Brazilian step family of his son. Today on Thursday, December 24, 2009, Brazilian Supreme Court allowed David Goldman to take his son with him. David and Sean left the Brazil hours ago. Today at 10 am, both father and son flew for America by a private charter plane at the Galeao Airport in Rio de Janeiro.

There was number of media anchors and cameramen there on the spot. 9 years old Sean was looking very cute in a bright yellow sweater decorated with the flag of Brazil. There were number of family members at the spot including his step father, maternal uncle, step sister and grandma.

Late Bianchi, who was the former wife of David Goldman, left America in 2004 for making a visit to her homeland, Brazil. She took Sean with her and never returned to America. On her return to Brazil, Bianchi married a millionaire husband who belongs to a very strong family of lawyers. But Bianchi died after the birth of a new baby daughter last year.

According to the lawyer, Brazilian family was requesting David Goldman to allow the grandma of Sean to fly with him, so that she would take care of his likes and dislikes. Sean has been living in their family for more than five years. That is why they are able to understand child’s behavior and nature. But it was David Goldman who did not accept the offer. The Brazilian family was suggesting that the company of his grandma will be good for both Sean and David Goldman. However, grandma Saliva informed that Sean is allergic to shellfish.
