Fred Rouse was born on December 17, 1984. He is 6′4″ with 190 lbs weight. He is the first player in the history to directly advances to NFL straight after the High school level. According to his projection he falls in 4th round pick.
FSU head coach Bobby Bowden announced on January 20,2006 that Rouse and offensive lineman Cornelius Lewis will kicked off the game for “conduct detrimental to the welfare of the football team”. He is very athletic and often compared with Randy Moss. He is also blessed with speed and ability. In 2006 he was in the starting lineup against Penn State at the Orange Bowl.
UTEP head coach Mike Price, declared on March 21, 2008 that he would not be with the team due to personal reasons. He then returned to his school Concordia College, located in Selma, Alabama.
Fred Rouse enjoys his life and work hard to perfection. He said

“When I wake up in the morning I flip open my Bible and read, and I can have this joy the rest of the day, I’m drug free and I haven’t smoked in three years.”

He was also jailed in Tallahassee jail for 90 days that changed his life. He said

“I limit my circle to one person; I have a friend in Tallahassee, and A.J. Ward (teammate) here.”
