India’s JSW Energy Seeks Anchor Investors In IPO:Indian power firm JSW Energy will offer anchor investors an 18 percent stake of its $583 millioninitial public offering, its chief financial officer said.

These will include overseas as well as Indian investors, Pramod Menon said.

The equity dilution after the IPO would be in the range of 14.77 percent to 16.64 percent, he added.
