Toyota Corolla to hit the Indian markets

Toyota Corolla Altis Diesel is all set to hit the Indian market in July 2010. Toyota is a Japan based automobile company that claims to be the largest automobile company in the world by production and sales. The latest addition to the Toyota’s unending list of motor cars- The Toyota Corolla Altis Diesel will be hitting the hitting the Indian markets in July this year.

The beauty of a machine boasts a 2500 cc CRDi engine and automatic 4 gear system. The car fits in the medium sized D segment and is amongst the larger ones in the segment. The seating capacity of this daemon is 5 but the excellent suspension

provides the capacity of more also. The AC of the automobile is powerful with Climate control feature. There is manual central locking feature that is a little drawback when compared to other cars of the segment.

The new diesel-run Corolla Altis model is expected to be developed with a 1.4L turbo-diesel engine and is speculated to be launched with a segment leading fuel-economy of 21.42 km per litre, the car is going to cost somewhere around the 13.5 lacs mark at Mumbai, India.  

As India is an emerging market for Toyota, it will keep on rolling out new models as well as variants. But the Toyota Corolla Altis Diesel a is one of the best that it has made in this segment so far and would definitely want to improve the quality of service by providing more and more in this range with cheaper price tags.
