Yahoo has released the top misspelled/misheard searches that users have generated so far in 2011.

There are chances that you search some thing on a search engine you often tend to misspell it and the engine steers you to something else automatically.

Some leading misspellings that Yahoo has documented are '72 virginians' instead of '72 virgins', 'Which american idol has turrets' instead of 'which American Idol has Tourette's', 'Super bowel commercials' for 'Super Bowl commercials', 'Katie Perry' for 'Katy Perry' and Justin Beaver, Justine Bieber - for Justin Bieber , reports the ABC News.

Some others include 'Brittany Spears' for 'Britney Spears', 'Swain flu', 'swan flu', 'wine flu' for 'swine flu', 'Obama Bin Laden' for 'Osama bin Laden' etc.
