John Travolta, Chuck Norris to star in Expendables 2

John Travolta and Chuck Norris are reportedly cast as new members of the movie The Expendables 2. The rumours about their cast was brought to attention by David Varod, the head of the NU Boyana studios in Bulgaria, where the movie is going shooting in September.

In a recent interview with Novinite, David Varod revealed the names of John Travolta and Chuck Norris as new additions to the cast of director Simon West's movie. Dishing on the filming in Bulgaria, he said, "The shooting is going to take place the second week of September. I believe the sequel will be better than the first movie."

However, original cast like Sylvester Stallone, Jason Statham, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Dolph Lundgren, Mickey Rourke and Bruce Willis are reprising their roles. Recently, Jean-Claude Van Damme has been linked to the movie. The sequel of The Expendables is slated for August 17, 2012.
