It was Hooters CEO Coby Brooks’s turn to go undercover in the CBS’s new reality show “Undercover Boss”. The CBS Network’s reality show “Undercover Boss” that premiered last week and told viewers a thing or two about Waste Management, it was really exciting to go into the world of Hooters, as Coby Brooks left his Corner Office seat for a short time for an entry-leave job in his own organization.

Coby Brooks said it was an opportunity for him, and that he did not know if it is ever going to happen, but fortunately it did. It has been 20 long years since he has been into the field….Coby Brooks was talking to Harry Smith the co-anchor for the “Early Show”.

The show featured Coby Brooks starting his week of Undercover Boss from busboy and went on to the assistant manager’s post and acquired the knowledge of the positives and negative feelings of masses have for Rooters chain.

During this one week Coby Brooks also witnessed a store manager treating the girls without respect, while inspecting the workers everyday in a very uncomfortable fashion.

Cobyt Brooks said on the CBS Networks’ “Undercover Boss” that he has witnessed some very inappropriate things today and the way that store manager approached the girls was absolutely unacceptable.

Although that store manager was not fired from his job, but it has been reported that he has changed his management style since that day.

Coby Brooks also cleared the Hooters tainted reputation on the “Undercover Boss”, while saying that his company is a woman-friendly place that authorizes women all the time.
